SUMMARY
I'm running KDE Neon OS and after upgrading to 18.04 hibernation does not
works. Currently it turns off the computer as usual but after resume it just
starts a clean session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KDE Neon 18.04 rebase
2. Run pm-hibernate
3. Load the OS again

OBSERVED RESULT
It does not resume the last status

EXPECTED RESULT
It must resume the last status
