SUMMARY

DR.Konqi doesn't open report, nor restarts crashed application, upon exit (even
when these options are selected).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. File a report.
2. Select the two above mentioned options.
3. Click OK to exit Dr. Konqi.

OBSERVED RESULT

Dr. Konqi exits. Nothing else happens.

EXPECTED RESULT

Opening the bug report and restart the crashed application.
