If you set the inverse mouse wheel scroll, it works fine until the next reboot.
After rebooting, the scrolling is not reversed even if this setting is stored
correctly in .config/kcminputrc file and showed correctly in systemsettings.
Unsetting and setting back the option solves the problem till next reboot.
