Sorry. Obviously file name must be numlockx-on.desktop and must be located in
/etc/xdg/autostart
With the following content:

[Desktop Entry]
Type=Application
Name=Numlock on
Exec=numlockx on
NoDisplay=true
OnlyShowIn=KDE
Name[en_US]=numlockx-on
