1. Select all
2. Deselect all
3. check filter only

This will allow you to make multiple selections more quickly from search
results
You can also prevent erroneous clicking with the mouse
Operations on panels with many search results tend to generate erroneous clicks
with the mouse
Search results may be easier to navigate

For 3. check filter only
>From the search results, check only the result of the specific extension
You may lose the trouble of rearranging search results
