Hi,

First of all, sorry for not being able to file it under the download.kde.org
component, but I’ve failed to find under which product it lies.

Now, the issue: download.kde.org is not accessible over https (403 forbidden).

I’m not sure if that’s wanted, and if so why, but I’d be glad if you could fix
it.
