            Bug ID: 372039
Summary: window position on screen after opening
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian unstable
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: mikahler at gmx.de
  Target Milestone: ---

I noticed since 2 - 3 weeks that intermittent the top area of a window, I mean
the bar with the symbols to hide, maximize and close, is located outside the
upper edge of the visible screen.
This happens when the program / window has just been started.

It is also not possible to reach this outer area with the mouse.
The only possibilities are to close the program / window with the right-click
on the taskbar or to grab the window with the mouse and pull it down in the
visible area of the screen.

The error occurs with the debian / siduction versions of amd64 and i386.
Both distributions have the current dist-upgrades installed.

The issue is intermittent and not reproducible.
