            Bug ID: 371947
Summary: Constant crashing after Akonaid restart
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Keywords: drkonqi
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: alf at mypals.org
  Target Milestone: ---

Application: akonadi_baloo_indexer (4.14)
KDE Platform Version: 4.14.25
Qt Version: 4.8.7
Operating System: Linux 4.8.4-1-ARCH x86_64
Distribution (Platform): Archlinux Packages

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

After running KMail for a few days and lots of suspend/resume cycles with
network changes (and sometimes no network) the Akonadi IMAP backend stops
syncying my email with the server. When that happens, I restart Akonadi with
"akonadictl restart". About 30 seconds after Akonadi restarts, I get a crash
report. Sometimes restarting the crashed the app works, but other times it just
keeps crashing and crashing. Another Akonadi restart can sometimes solve the
problem.

This issue has happened to me for about 1 1/2 years. This is the first time the
Crash Reporting Assistant allowed me to report the bug.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
