I use the latest version of Kubuntu (16.04). Very often, when i use an
application (every application : Dolphin, Firefox, LibreOffice, ...) the
buttons of the window disappear  (minus, window, close) . 


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Not possible : this is random
Sometimes i can use for many hours with no trouble,
other times, it appears very often




The only solution i have found is to disconnect and to connect again.
This problem appears on the two computers i use : an AMD and an i386.
