Steps to reproduce:
 1. Create a new submenu.
 2. Add an app to that submenu.
 3. Change the submenu's icon.
 4. Save.

Expected result:
The submenu's icon should change to what it set to in both the launcher and the
menu editor.

Actual result:
The icon stays the default in both the launcher and a newly launched menu
editor.
