/home/$USER/.fonts is deprecated now. sadly kfontviewer still installs to it
instead of the newer XDG standard path $XDG_DATA_HOME/fonts (or, if not set
~/.local/share/fonts)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a fontfile with kfontview
2. click on install

Actual Results:  
it'll install the fontfile to ~/.fonts

Expected Results:  
should follow the new standard
