[kmahjongg] [Bug 361132] kmahjongg 16.04 fails to start after migrating KDE4 configuration

What am I doing wrong?

I do:
- copy the file attached earlier to ~.kde/share/config/kmahjonggrc,
- change the path inside the file to the location of the desktop file on my
system (resides under $HOME),
- remove .config/kmahjonggrc and then
- start KMahjongg.

KMahjongg starts fine and the new kmahjonggrc file is created in .config/ with
the correct layout.
