 * downloaded skype-4.3.0.37.tar.bz2
(http://download.skype.com/linux/skype-4.3.0.37.tar.bz2) to my home directory
 * then extracted the archive via Dolphin (right click -> Extract Archive To ->
Home dir with [Extraction into subfolder] also selected
 * this created /home/me/skype-4.3.0.37/skype-4.3.0.37/*
 * almost immediatelly the Crash Reporting Assistant popped up
