Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Konqueror
2. Browse `man:/pklocalauthority`
3. Checkout "EVALUATION ORDER" chapter/section

Actual Results:  
The line-drawing symbol characters are garbled

Expected Results:  
The line-drawing symbol characters draws correctly as in the man command
