Hi,

While testing the usability of the OTR chat feature in KDE Telepathy +
kdetalk.net I noticed that OTR opportunistic is not the default option. In
light of today's situation and continuing forward, we should make this option
the default  whenever we can support a OTR session. In this way we can make OTR
adoption increase significantly by making it as transparent and as 'matter of
fact' as possible.
