This happen sometimes, but has happen more than one for me.
After I reboot I will notice that my dual monitor setup has switch to single
monitor mode( both monitor show the same thing, screen size is reduced)
When I open the monitor setting I only see 1 monitor, this is a bug!!!
I didn't realize the one of the monitor was overlay on top of the 2nd monitor
in the settings dialog box, only when I decided to move one did I see the other
and was able to get dual mode working again. No one in their right mind would
ever think to do this!
This should never be allowed to happen, if someone wants this effect, there
should be some other setting visible on the same page to say mirror monitors or
something like this.
I am using kubuntu 15.10
