I keep getting this error when using ubuntu-bug to log a bug

KDEInit could not launch '/usr/lib/iceweasel/iceweasel'

1) Why is KDE trying to launch an app from a lib folder
2) I have a fresh install of kubuntu 15.10, there is no iceweasel, I am using
FF and it's set as default browser

Reproducible: Always
