In the URL input, I have provide an link to the screen recorded video, where I
explain the problem.
The "Browse..." button for change icon in menu entry doesn't show the file
dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open KDE Menu Editor
2. Select item to edit
3. Click on the Item icon to chose another one
4. Select "Other icons:"
5. Click on the "Browse..." button

Actual Results:  
Open dialog doesn't show

Expected Results:  
Should open a file dialog to chose external resource to use as icon for entry
in menu
