The default webbrowser is reset to Firefox with every login to Plasma5



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to: systemsettings -> Defalut Applications -> Webbrowser
2. change to konqueror via the menu dialog by pressing the button with the
three dots (...) and choose konqueror
3. konqbrowser is displayed
4. close systemsettings and reopen it -> konqbrowser is still displaeyed
5. reboot and open systemsettings again
6. firefox is selected as defalut webbrowser
