OLD: breeze icons 5.3.2
NEW: breeze-icons 5.3.95

With the new version the custom folder icons (and other icons) are monochrome.
This is after applying the fix for bug #345957,
Not sure if this is a bug or a transition state to a more monochrome theme. I
think the old appearance with default breeze folder icons and monochrome icons
only for menus was perfect. Perhaps a split into breeze-dark and
breeze-dark-monochrome would be a good idea?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Update breeze icons to 5.3.95


Actual Results:  
Folder icons are inconsistent
