NFS ro + tmpfs and rsync tmpfs -> nfs work well, have other OS tweak... but
here we speak about KDE optimisation, not OS/FS/HDD optimisation.
KDE optimisation mean take care of latency (async, group de access, ...),
bandwidth, IO, ... profile to know why it's slow or in blocking state and
resolve it at program level.
