Im also able to consistently reproduce this. I get the above console output
when I edit the icon for a menu item. In addition, I get the following line
when I actually click the "Browse" button.

QInotifyFileSystemWatcherEngine::addPaths: inotify_add_watch failed: No such
file or directory
