I have set firefox as my default browser but applications keep opening Chrome.
In fact even Chrome acknowledges that its not the default browser and asks to
be set as default.

Also all applications open Dolphin yet Konqueror is set as default file
manager. If you switch to dolphin it will switch back to Konqueror.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Systemsettings > default applications > web brower > firefox
2. open a link
3.

Actual Results:  
Opens Chrome

Expected Results:  
Open link in Firefox
