Reize and move panel - from one edge to another. Eventually the panel seems to
"forget" the right size of icons  - and at least one icon does not move with
the panel.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Icons stay the right size and panel items stay in panel. 

Since I am running Mint KDE if this has any connection to video issues that
might be related?
