Yes, there are many elements without additional help. Note that adding texts to
any and all elements would also exponentially increase the work of our
translation teams, so we try to be conservative. I think there was a report
suggesting to hide the What's This icon from the windows by default, but I
cannot find it right now.

I would suggest to report it only for applications where you really needed more
information, because the label or tool tip, common sense and intuition alone
was not sufficient to understand how the element or button is to be used, and
the documentation or Help file is missing or did not clarify either.

I am closing this one. Please report specifics individually for the
applications.

In the future, please report against the product/application where you notice
the issue, not everything against product "kde". Then we only have to move them
if the product is not correct (e.g. for dolphin vs. kio issues).
