Desktop:
  * Create "New Folder"
  * Open "New Folder" to Window 1
  * Delete "New Folder" from Desktop
  * Create "New folder" 
  * Open "New Folder" to Window 2

  Window 2:
  * Create "Text File" (it shows there) [matching expectations]

  Window 1:
  * Create "Text File 2" (automatic, and it shows in Window 2) [Expectation:
show it in this window]
  * Refresh with F5 (it shows both files)

Reproducible: Always
