Software seems to be fully loaded and operational, but if I try another
download, it stops halfway and I receive this message.
"Another application is using APT:

    dpkg"Need to re
boot after each download to complete.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Software Mgr
2.Select App
3.Install
Actual Results:  
Stops around %50
Cannot download anything else.
* App does show as installed 

Expected Results:  
"Installed"
Download another app.
