On openSUSE, the Oxygen cursors are split into their own packages, and the
dependencies make sure you only install one of them.

Renaming everything makes no sense, because the cursors are installed in a way
that other X11 applications can use them, so I would say it is unfortunately up
to the distributions to take care of the splitting, in case dual installation
is aimed for.

Please add a comment if packagers from your distribution have other
suggestions.
