just opens an emtpy window+error message as the screenshot suggests.... after i
click OK on the error window, systemsettings exits (closes)

btw, how can iget to install kded5 on the system? just sudo aptitude install
kded5? cos i always thought if kded5 is a dependency of a program, the program
"pulls" it with itself (doesnt want to be installed/upgraded without it-)...
