I have these two files installed. They are in the directory:
C:\Program Files\Kontact E5\share\apps\ksgmltools2\customization\

The KDE Version I have is 4.10.4. This was downloaded from:
http://mirror.kolabsys.com/pub/upload/windows/
These appear to be beta versions only. I do not know where to get the any
version other than a beta one. The downloaded installation file has the name
K3-Kontact-Beta-latest.exe  and it was downloaded on Jan 1, 2014.
