Same failure to install debug package after ksysguard (System Monitor 4.11.3)
crashed.  Was doing the first Online Update in Yast after a new install of
openSuse 13.1 from a DVD, on a Dell 2970 server.  Happened while I was away
from the console.   Dialog box said it couldn't find the debug package for
/usr/bin/kdeinit4 (deleted).  In a search (through Yast Software Management) I
saw no debug package for the base KDE or anything similar.
