kded crashes, and it will do it again when I connect with VNC (Chicken of the
VNC) to window :1 and then try to change the size of the window.

I put the backtrace in additional details because the window that offers to let
me submit the backtrace requires kded to operate.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.reboot kubuntu system configured to autologin
2.Xwindow system comes up with window offering to submit a bug report because
kde deamon has crashed.
3.Try to submit bug report, cannot connect to kded (because it crashed)

Application: kded4 (4.11.2)
KDE Platform Version: 4.11.2
Qt Version: 4.8.4
Operating System: Linux 3.11.0-12-generic x86_64
Distribution: Ubuntu 13.10
