Laptop Brightness does not work. Cannot dim screen. Screen stays at max
brightness with KDE 5.1 Kde framework 5.4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to systemsettings
2.in systemsettings go to Powermanagement
3.Slide screen brightness level left or right and click apply. With me screen
brightness does not adjust

Actual Results:  
screen brightness does not change

Expected Results:  
should dim or brighten depending on placement of level slider

Kde framework 5 is awesome keep up the good work.
