During any open KDE and associated (FireFox, Chrome, Kmail, Kate) the
(extended) text begins to scroll up.  This occurs on any application and/or
window.  This is on Kubuntu 14.04 LTS.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move mouse
2. Read any open (and activated) window
3. Wish I could submit a video
Actual Results:  
Duplicated

Expected Results:  
Duplicated (even after multi-reboots and safe shutdowns). Expected upon reboots
to clear this; however, still hasn't cleaned up.

Behavior on Kubuntu 14.04 (Beta 2) and Kubuntu 14.04 (LTS)
