With kde 4.11 and 4.11.1. I want emacs to be the default application to open
.xml files. I have to suppress any other application in the mymetype list to
have .xml files to be open by emacs.
Or I want emacs to be the second application in the mimetype list to open .tex
files. It doesn't work.
This has appeared with Kde 4.11. I have the same problem with three computer
with opensuse 12.3. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click edit mime type on an .xml file
2. Choose emacs as default application
3. Click ok
Actual Results:  
Emacs ist at the end of the list

Expected Results:  
When clicking on any .xml files emacs opens it
