issue occurred due to improper installation of - oxygen-transparent style.
issue cause -  ./oxygen-setup.pl --branch master

resolved it by specifying appropriate branch. that is specific to kde version
installed on my machine.
./oxygen-setup.pl --branch KDE/4.10
