Attempting to modify a group in SystemSettings->Shortcuts and Gestures->Custom
Shortcuts

- Custom settings of the application:
The group had the conditions:
AND
    NOT
        ACTIVEWINDOW:[content irrelevant, blank still crashes it]
    NOT
        ACTIVEWINDOW:[content irrelevant, blank still crashes it]

I did try it again by adding the empty conditions to the kmenuedit group; any
further changes still crash the application.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
