New crash information added by DrKonqi

kcmshell4 (4.10.5) on KDE Platform 4.10.5 using Qt 4.8.6

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was setting the time after doing a apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade and
after that was done, I rebooted the machine and went back into KDE login
screen. I logged in and looked at the time set and as per usual, it is 1 hour
less than the current time of BST..

This always happens so I then proceed to adjust the time set manually and press
apply and enter root password then ok button, than I get the crash message exit
6 problem.. I ignore this as the correct time is set but upon rebooting the
machine for whatever reason the time is back to one hour less..

This is always repeatable..
