When I chose max touch sensibility in KDE System Settings my touchpad can't
move the cursor. Sorry for my english.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to System Settings
2. Click in Touchpad
3. In "General" tab move the slider of "Touch Sensibility" to high and apply.
Actual Results:  
I can't move the cursor.

Expected Results:  
Better touch sensibility.

Touchpad model: ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad
