It looks like one of the kded4 modules causes issues. Please try to disable
modules to find the culprit. Not every module can be disabled from the GUI. For

Also make sure you only have one kded4 process running. Using "killall kded4",
then later running "kded4" should only result in one process. If in doubt,
reboot.
