- What I was doing when the application crashed:
opened systemsettings - locale - languages - selected French and clicked on the
right arrow to add it to the preferred languages; entered my password then
systemsettings crashed.
This is reproductible and happens also (at least) if I try to add German
instead of French (I did not try with other languages).

The crash can be reproduced every time.
