run kcmshell4 randr

Set screen rotation to "left", click apply, check randr settings with "xrandr
-q" leads to

Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1280 x 1280, maximum 16384 x 16384
resp. on another screen
Screen 0: minimum 8 x 8, current 1920 x 1920, maximum 16384 x 16384

and also for another user http://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=110536

"xrandr --output DVI-I-1 --rotate left" works as expected so there seems to be
some explicit geometry setting by krandr

Reproducible: Always
