I had attempted to set a different time zone but that's apparently not allowed.
I poked the cancel button on the prompts. The last poke was responsible for the
crash.

Additionally, while attempting to install debug symbols, the
/run/initramfs/live file system ran out of space

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.
