Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the system
2.
3.
Actual Results:
kcminit kdedaemon knotify all crash (in that order)

Expected Results:
proper start of KDE

KDE worked fine after the initial installation of openSUSE 13.1 Milestone 2
(i586) and after a number of updates from repositories.

I believe this problem started after the most recent update from the Packman
repository.

Thanks,
Howard
