I found the reason for my own Problem. Suse stopped to support the AMD readon
HD graphics from Version 12 on. The driver is not in the Suse software package
anymore and need to be installed manually. The driver can be found here:
http://de.opensuse.org/SDB:AMD/ATI-Grafiktreiber
The Installation runs automatically, but is unofficial. The unofficial AMD-Repo
of Bruno Friedmann has to be used for this.
