SD card: kingston 2G, kingston 16G
Kernel: 3.6.3
KDE: 4.9.2
Normal operation, plug in sd card, copy file, umount card, unplug card, and
plug in again. Do it for 2-10 times, the card can not be access.

Reproducible: Always
