            Bug ID: 324037
Summary: Default printer -print to PDF
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: 1.0
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: list0570 at paradise.net.nz

99 times out of 100 I want to create a PDF to save, not spend paper. That's for
the paperless office.

It is pretty irritating that every KDE app every single time comes up with the
default CUPS printer, and that can't be changed in system settings to default
to "print to PDF" because that's not a CUPS printer.

Using paper is the exception, not the rule, and I would like defaults to
reflect that!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print anything - konqueror, kmail, etc.
2.
3.
Actual Results:
Default printer is the default CUPS printer.

Expected Results:
Default printing is "print to PDF".
