The only ones I can remember for sure are konsole and firefox.  Normally, when
I shut down, I close everything on the higher desktops (2, 3, ...), but on
desktop 1 I have konsole windows open and firefox running minimized.  I leave
firefox minimized so that after reboot it will detect that it aborted and
restore all my regular tabs, and I issue the "systemctl reboot" from konsole.

This happens for sure on my laptop, but I reboot my desktop machine
infrequently enough that I can't recall whether it happens there or not.  So
this may be the result of some configuration difference.
