Subj. My uptime is 2 days and 4 hours, I used the suspend mode to not power off
the PC yesterday. Everything worked well the whole day today then I get out for
≈ 2 hours and just get back. The bug appears in that every KDE application
takes about 40 seconds to start when usually it takes no longer than a few
seconds or even less.

Affected applications I have: amarok, dolphin, gwenview, digikam
Not affected: kmail, qt applications like skype, odeskteam, qt-recordmydesktop

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start KDE and leave it in idle for a few hours
