This should be done by the video driver automatically. Please run this in
Konsole:

xdpyinfo | grep inch

and check if it matches your screen's actual DPI. If not, please report a bug
to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/

DPI scaling for text (in case of broken drivers) is possible using System
Settings > Application Appearance > Fonts > Force fonts DPI.
